Our strong partner Balkan Services extends its product range with our software solutions SmartNotes and XBRL Tagger
AMANA has established a new strategic partnership with the Bulgarian Balkan Services. As a result of the cooperation, our two solutions, the disclosure Management SmartNotes and XBRL Tagger, will be included in the Balkan Services portfolio and offered on the Bulgarian market.
Established in 2006, Balkan Services has successfully completed over 640 projects for ERP, BI, and CRM implementation, development of a complete IT infrastructure, as well as European projects. The company has clients throughout Europe, some of which are Coca-Cola Hellenic, Ficosota, Eurohold Bulgaria, FF Group, Generali, Unilever, Viscom and more.
According to the single reporting format introduced by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), as of 01.01.2020, all public companies in the EU must submit their annual financial statements in XHTML format and the consolidated financial statements, according to the IFRS, contained therein must be created in the machine-readable XBRL format.
Our stand-alone solution XBRL Tagger allows users to convert the report to the required format without the need for a software implementation process or specific technical knowledge. The conversion of any MS Word, PDF, HTML or InDesign document, supports the quick and easy operation of the standalone XBRL Tagger.
The XBRL Tagger is also available as an integrated process solution within our disclosure management software SmartNotes. This software increases the efficiency in the preparation of annual reports and iXBRL reports and helps you to implement a valid ESEF reporting. The complete end-to-end process from the first data import to the ready-to-print layout for publication significantly simplifies the annual report preparation process.
